It is located 49 km south of Igoumenitsa, 110 km southwest of Ioannina, 62 km northwest of Preveza and 90 km west of Arta. The early name of Parga is Ypargos. Composed of charming shuttered houses, vibrant colored waterfront taverns and charming cobbled lanes, the old town is a perfect place to escape from the busy streets of your town.
